• We start to work after come to an agreement of the Technical Task and 50% payment of the total cost of the work.

• The terms of the project are calculated individually depending on the scope and tasks.
• The fulfillment of project from 2 working days.

The payment is implemented in 2 stages:
1 - prepayment of 50% (after come to an agreement of the Technical Task and formation of an individual commercial offer)
2 - the rest 50% after after the final renders are ready.

• We have formed a large database of 3D models, which can be used in the process of cooperation.

• If there is no certain model or analogues in our database, we buy up to 5 models at our expense. Each next will be paid in the amount of $ 2.6 per model.

• We can model unique items. The cost of modeling is calculated individually.

• The resolution of the final images is 3000px on the larger side.

• The image format is based on the CGI artist's composition and artistic view.

• If you have special tasks and wishes regarding to the image format and/or frame resolution please inform us.

• 4-8 images per room over 25 m2.

• 2-4 images per room less than 25 m2.

• The number of images is determined based on the artistic and compositional foundations (if there are not special wishes in the technical task).
• Atmospheric close-ups as a gift.

• 4 free edits per room/render.

• Additional changes in the project that arise as a result of obtaining new initial data or wishes of the customer which are not specified in the Technical Task or contradict it, are paid in the amount of 8$/edit.

• Only an addition or change in the Technical Task is considered to be an edit.
• Minor adjustments which are not contradict the Technical Task are carried out free of charge.

• Additional renders, edits or adjustments are paid separately after agreement of all the final images.
